At Minzora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy within 7 days of receiving your items. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Returns can be requested through your orders page. 
  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Include all tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product.
  3. Return Pickup: We will arrange for a return pickup at your convenience. Our team will provide you with details on the pickup schedule and any necessary instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Shipping Fees, if applicable on the initial order, are not refundable. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exclusions:

  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
